At fashionpik, operating under the brand fashionpik, we are committed to ensuring that your orders are delivered accurately, securely, and in a timely manner. This Shipping Policy sets out the terms under which products are shipped to customers within India and internationally, in compliance with applicable Indian laws including the Consumer Protection Act, 2025, the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011, and other relevant regulations.

1. Order Processing and Dispatch

• Orders placed on our website are typically processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
• Order processing timelines may vary depending on product availability, order volume, or unforeseen operational circumstances.
• Customers will receive an order confirmation email and a dispatch notification with tracking details once the product is shipped.

2. Shipping Coverage

• We deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India through our trusted logistics partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, shadowfax, DTDC and other reputed courier services.
• International shipping may be available on request, subject to destination-specific feasibility, shipping charges, and applicable customs laws.

3. Shipping Charges

• Domestic Shipping (within India): Shipping is free of charge for all standard deliveries.
• International Shipping: Charges will be calculated at checkout or communicated separately via email/phone. Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges applicable in the destination country are to be borne by the customer.

4. Insurance and Risk of Loss

• All products are insured during transit until they are delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.
• A signature upon delivery is mandatory to confirm receipt of goods. Once signed for and delivered, the risk and responsibility for the product pass to the customer.
• If the recipient is different from the purchaser, the recipient’s signature at the delivery address constitutes successful delivery and transfer of ownership.

5. Taxes and Duties

• All prices on our website are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST), as per the CGST Act, 2017 and applicable state GST laws.
• For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, and clearance charges (if any) are the responsibility of the customer. Customers will be informed via email/phone if additional documents or payments are required for customs clearance.

6. Estimated Delivery Timelines

• Domestic Deliveries: Generally, take 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location, courier partner, and product availability.
• Remote/Outstation Areas: Deliveries may take up to 10–12 business days.
• International Deliveries: Timelines vary by country and may take between 10–21 business days, subject to customs clearance.
• Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, strikes, government restrictions, or courier delays are outside our control, but we will keep you informed at all stages.

7. Packaging Standards

• All products are packed in tamper-proof, protective packaging to ensure safety during transit.
• As per the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011, all parcels carry mandatory labeling, including product details, seller name and address, customer care information, and price.

8. Undeliverable Orders

• If a shipment is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept delivery, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
• Reshipment will be initiated only after the customer provides a valid address and agrees to bear reshipping costs (if applicable).

9. Tracking and Communication

• Customers can track their shipments using the tracking link or AWB number provided in the dispatch email/SMS.
